Coaching

I work with individuals and groups to define their desired and inspired futures and make the moves to get there.

  • I work with individuals to pursue change and growth, develop skills and capacity, create new possibilities, reach stronger performance and higher productivity, and achieve goals.

    I offer custom coaching packages, depending on the client’s goals. Clients can work with me on their own or involve a sponsor to support their growth and goals.

  • I work with groups of individuals connected through roles or identities and often with similar goals.

    Examples: Newly hired leaders in an organization, Emerging women leaders in tech, Leaders taking assignments or rotations in APAC, Mid-level managers transitioning into broader leadership roles.

Consulting

I work with organizations on people strategy, priorities, programs, and processes that build culture and drive business outcomes.

I have particular expertise in onboarding, mobility, development of managers and leaders, DEIB, culture, change, and communication.

  • I partner with and advise leaders on opportunities and challenges in the People (a.k.a. HR and Talent) space, including projects, one-on-one consultation, and interim HR leadership.

    Examples: Projects to improve employee experience or drive culture change; Fractional HR leadership for start-ups and smaller organizations not yet ready or able to hire permanent leaders; Temporary HR leadership for all sizes of organization looking to fill a gap during a search.

  • I design and facilitate meetings, workshops, offsites, and trainings that are experiential, creative, and engaging; no sage on the stage here!

    Examples: Strategy, planning, and alignment meetings; Offsites and workshops designed around particular outcomes such as team culture; Training programs that build the skills and capacities of managers and leaders for lasting change.

    With extensive professional expertise and personal experience in making big moves, ​​I have been fortunate to see for myself and others how, with the right support, transitions become transformations; coaching offers that support.

    One of my core values is adventure, which I define as the joy of exploring possibilities and discovering something new about the self and the world; through coaching, I help others create and explore possibilities for themselves as they learn about themselves.
